Ceramic cylinder products refer to cylindrical quartz ceramic products with flanges at one end with a size between Φ800-1500×1600-3000mm.
It is used for smelting of special glass, non-ferrous metallurgy and calcination of rare earth, high-purity alumina (gem grade), battery materials, etc.
Our mature technology can produce the whole cover plate with length of 3000mm and width of 600mm. Reduce seam and improve seal. Advantages: the product has excellent thermal shock stability. It can change the cover plate for a minimum time at the temperature when the flow channel is working normally, reduce stopping time and improve production efficiency.
The material has good thermal stability, no deformation at high temperature, and the maximum operating temperature reaches 1100 °C
